2. Counter-Notification

3. Repeat Infringers
Winkmod maintains a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users or account holders who are repeat infringers. If we determine that a user has repeatedly engaged in infringing activities, we reserve the right to remove their access to our services without notice.
4. Misrepresentation
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that content is infringing or that content was removed by mistake may be liable for damages.
